Realsale, LLC., an Idaho Limited Liability Company, it's Managers, Members, Shareholders, Owners, Officers and Directors, HEREINAFTER referred to as "Realsale", do HEREBY make the following public disclosures and disclaimers as they may apply to themselves or software products, internet sites and/or services, produced and marketed by them, known as REALSALE™ International.

1. "Realsale" makes no representations with respect to the accuracy or correctness of any of the contents of its REALSALE™ International programs or systems and specifically disclaims any implied or expressed warranties of merchantability, accuracy or fitness for any particular usage, application or purpose.
2. "Realsale" is NOT engaged in rendering real estate, legal, accounting, structural, environmental or other professional services. If legal advice or other professional services or assistance is required to assist a user of the REALSALE™ International system in any way, they are HEREBY advised to seek counsel from a competent professional with expertise in the field of concern.
3. All figures, characters, names, places, pictures and etc., used for illustrative examples are for demonstration purposes only and should NOT be considered actual or real.
4. "Realsale" reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or delete any advertisement placed on REALSALE™ International containing any lewd or lascivious, erroneous, misleading, inappropriate or false information, without notice or reimbursement to anyone.
5. Pursuant to the federal "Fair Housing Act", no advertisement placed on the REALSALE™ International systems offering to sell, rent, buy, or exchange property, shall contain any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, or familial status, or an intention to make such preference, limitation or discrimination. "Realsale" absolves itself of any responsibility for any content entered on REALSALE™ International system by anyone including third parties which would violate the "Fair Housing Act". Individuals violating the "Fair Housing Act" will be subject to federal prosecution. If discovered, advertisements containing such violations shall be terminated and removed from the REALSALE™ International system.

Any attempt to duplicate, copy or distribute any of the content, functionality, capability or information contained therein, is a violation of these copyright laws.
